More Performance and Video
At my home bar and accompanied by Chicago based artist Alberto Aguilar, we prepare to brew a beer which represents our collective background. It is an American IPA, aged in oak chips that were soaked in Venezuelan rum, Tequila and shredded coconut. During this process, we tended bar and confronted our Latin American mannerisms.
